Bam :) One Bozzer Battle Belt with some shiny bits: TT Triple Pistol, WAS Radio, BULLE dumper, WAS triple, Safariland 6004 for 226 with M3.

Now, we can all see from his pics, and have heard by reputation about how bloody good he is at making solid bits of kit: But he goes above the call of duty with his materials: The internal duty belt is 'ard as nails, cos it's double layered. It's got firm as arseholes adjustment.
But the best bit, for me at least, is the stuff he clearly went into the future to get
http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff234/Shriven89/P1000580.jpg
Some sort of freaky 3D Mesh: It's spongy and soft like bubble wrap, but breathable like mesh, and grippy like a kebab stain on a tuxedo. I put it on, with all the bits and bobs, and ran around and jumped up and down. It simply doesn't move!

So, all in all Boris, I am extremely bloody satisfied, and will be coming back to you for some more shiny bits in the future :)

Ah
Got it then!
Phew!
Now re stitched on pouches. Difficult to do and (Just been discussing the "Airborne" rigs produced by JJs et al)
What do you do with stitched on pouches when one mag pouch wears out in the corner. With MOLLE you replace it. A wee bit more involved with the stitched on type.
Jus me tuppence worth.
By the way, SFSG now have MTP in Helmand as well as their Crye Gear.

Got a few more bits for Helmand here:

http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k13/BORIS112/749e9b44.jpg
http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k13/BORIS112/7e7e2cf5.jpg
A shortened Hydro pouch. The MSA SO Plate Carriers have a 12" back on them. The issue Blackhawk one hangs below this and interferes with the pouches on the belt kit - so this guy wanted a custom one.
And:

http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k13/BORIS112/c4309f55.jpg
A bevy of Waterbottle /Utility pouches. Double skinned and large enough to take a 58 patt bottle and Crusader Mug.
Next are a couple of Zip Utilities for a Royal Marine:

9" high by 6" wide by 3" deep with a flat pouch on the front.
All "Over there" now.

Point taken regarding stitched on pouches.

How many MOLLE channels on the belt which goes with the PLCE style yoke?

Would that custom short hydro pouch fit on the rear MOLLE section of the PLCE ?

Is it feasible to make the yoke and belt in 500 Dernier Cordura?

18 on the SFSG belt
18 on a 30" - 32" Battle Belt
20 on a 32" - 38" Battle Belt

Would that custom short hydro pouch fit on the rear MOLLE section of the PLCE ?
It would hang down 4" below the PALS on the back panel The pouch is 12" High, the PALS on the yoke 8".

Yes, depending what was needed. Multicam and Coyote Brown are both available in 500D, but not all others. To be honest you probably wouldn't notice the weight difference.

I ordered some pistol mags pouches and long AK mag pouches from Boris quite a few weeks ago now. He has sent me some work in progress pics... but he keeps on getting side tracked by other projects and sending me pics of them instead. He has promised twice now to send them to me along with my two magazines I sent him (for the sizes). But it's all gone a bit quiet on the Western front like.... Watch this space.
