I've ordered all my parts for a new build as i miss my l119a1 too much! I haven't yet ordered an acog, what model/model's are currently in use now on the 16" version?

My L119A1 finally back form Combat South where they had to re-thread the delta rig thread as it was WAY to big.

Sill needs the correct stock pad though. But I think that is the only thing its missing. PEQ-2 is a battery box, I will be replacing it with a PEQ-15 soon.

Still needs alot of work :/ Going to change to lipos in the tube and my Guarder C8 receiver is on its way :)

Hi chaps having read a few pages of the thread my eyes are starting to go funny as im trying to find a retailer who sells the large pistol grip to complete my L11A1 build,the reason im finding it difficult is its for my We gbb and im not sure if a standard one will fit,can anyone shed shed some light on this for me please?

Epic fail, i have just started my first ever aeg build which is going to be the 16" l119a1, i have now got all the body parts together and thought i would start by dry building the top reciveer and front end.
This is where i relise i have cocked up my outer barrel is a G&P cqb 10.5" my barrel extension is a perr mike one which i grabbed of FIBUA,what i did not take into account was that the barrel extension is a negative 14mm thread and my outer barrel is a positve 14mm thread doh!
My Question to you is..is it possible to re-thread my outer barrel so it will take the barrel extension?

You should be able to get it rethreaded but this would involve cutting off the current thread and then it being threaded making a 10" barrel which of course is to short for the barrel extension (You'd also need to chop of the bayonet lug to fit the silencer)! You'll be better off swapping the barrel out for a CA CQB outer barrel.
