Does anyone have any info on any of the cheap soft mich 2001, have been looking for a j-tech for months however they have been completely discontinued. Sadly looking at this one,

I was looking for a J-tech 2001 last year too, I finally gave up and bought a cheap arse ACM one - I forget from where exactly.

I ripped out most of the inner padding, swapped the chin strap system for a real MICH set that I'd got from Supply Captain, stuck a Norotos mount on it and then sprayed the lot with some Krlyon. Turned out ok.

I've found my 2002 from Ebaybanned quite quickly chips: not the paint, but the actual shell! In places, you can see bits of the inner shell from where BBs have hit, which is a shame!

Thanks for the info fellas, and thanks for posting the pic up tomo, If I end up getting one its going to be modded alot, RD pading etc same as yours and to be fair for the shell chipping etc not really to fused, for the price your paying doesnt surprize me.

Well, I've got a large bonce, and I suspect the lids are medium lids, so not fantastic. Adequate, but I think it could be better.
I put an OPS Core chinstrap on mind, and to get down over my ears like it should do ( the 2002 should cover a wee bit of your ears), I had to pull it all the way down and take out the top pad.

Heres one for ya's, am going to be modding my real steal PASGT into a MICH 2001, i know there will be a lot of work needed, but i need some good pics of each side of a Mich 2001 even the back plz, any one help ???
