Help, I don't know what's wrong with my glock, it started firing on full auto after one trigger pull for about half a mags worth of bb's then ejected the remaining gas down the barrel, it did this 3 or 4 times but now it only fires one or two single shots then releases all the gas again, I don't understand it, the mag has a good seal and doesn't leak, can anyone throw some light on this for me please?

You don't have an unknown gun- it's quite common.

Assuming the magazine is nice and warm after gassing (and you still have this issue) then you've got an issue with one of the following:
1. Gas valve sticking open- lube the mag up nice and proper, check that the button on the rear of the mag is returning freely.
2. Some issue with a wear in the trigger...

But my guess is that it's a cold mag, in cold weather causing the 'fireextinguisher' effect.

Cheers demoncase, I'll have a quick lube :gay: :w00t: and check the trigger. It's definately not the cold as I have enough space to test it in the warmth of my house, after tinkering again today it appears the gun is not cocking itself after the first or second shot from a fresh mag and that's when I have the "Fire extinguisher" effect (I like that phrase), Thanks again any advice is recieved gratefully :D

Is it cycling on that third or second shot, of simply the hammer going down then a big plume of gas?

If it's not cycling then your rocket valve is probably snapped- it's that little tri-lobed thing sticking out of the gas nozzle.
WGC normally have them as standard stock.

No it doesn't cycle, fires one shot ok then the next shoots the bb and all the gas plumes out of the barrel, I've been reluctant to do so but it looks like I'm going to have to strip the mag to get a look at the reverse side of the valves and seals, think I'm also going to buy a new mag to see if it the pistol causing the problem, it's a toughie this one as visibly all looks fine and dandy, thanks once again for the help fella

Have you tried it with a different mag?

Ksc glocks do suffer horribly with the mag release wearing down, this means that eventually the rubber at the top of the mag doesn't touch the engine well enough & gas escapes.

Also, after a mag is inserted, the first shot manually loaded & then fired see if the slide has blown upwards off of it's runners at all - this is also common place.

Try holding the mag in place a little when firing.

This gun should work 100% on HFC134a gas - anything more could be causing the problems if the slide is plastic.

Those are but few issues...

Give thema try & come back to us.
AP.
